GetResponse, the all-in-one online marketing suite used by 350,000 customers worldwide, needed to improve new user activation and feature adoption in its product-led trial model. Using Appcues, GetResponse built a data-driven onboarding flow that guided users down the most successful path in the email editor and later used the same approach for its Website Builder launch.
