With a diverse user base across industries and skill levels, Accelo needed to scale customer success and support by delivering contextual, in‑product guidance to improve onboarding, feature adoption, and self‑service.
Accelo implemented Appcues flows—welcome modals, module‑specific “Learn” buttons, hotspots and tooltips—to surface walkthroughs, videos and help guides at the right moments. The rollout drove rapid results: a 48% increase in new feature activation and a 253% increase in help‑guide interaction, with module pageviews up 45–126%, tutorial views up 198%, and tooltip‑driven blog views up 253% (18% tooltip→blog conversion versus a 3–4% email CTR).
