SignalPET, a veterinary radiology company, wanted to improve retention by driving adoption of both SignalRay and SignalStat. Since SignalStat required an extra step to use, the team needed a better way to prompt clinics to take action and get more value from the platform. Appcues was used to deliver these in-app nudges.

Using Appcues, SignalPET built behavior-based messages and tooltips that appeared at key moments in the workflow, nudging users to submit their first SignalStat request and engage with features. The approach produced a 36% completion rate on one prompt, helped convert customers to the new subscription within a week, and is now being expanded with Appcues Workflows for usage-based email automation.
