Appcast provided programmatic job advertising across its 30,000+ publisher network with a pay-per-applicant model, allowing Sodexo to set budgets by job category, cap applies by job, and monitor real-time performance via an all-inclusive dashboard. During the pilot Appcast delivered 12,000 completed applications, drove substantial cost savings, and has been a top-performing source of qualified candidates across multiple job groups—consistently lowering Sodexo’s average cost-per-hire since 2015.
