Alapage Boutique, a contemporary upscale women’s boutique in Bedford, New Hampshire, needed a better way to manage cross-channel customer engagement and loyalty across three generations of shoppers. Its team was spending too much time manually tracking denim and birthday card records, which was inefficient and took time away from customer service. AppCard was introduced through the store’s POS partner to help modernize customer retention and marketing.

AppCard implemented a personalized loyalty and marketing platform integrated with Retail Pro POS, allowing Alapage Boutique to enroll shoppers at checkout, access purchase history, and reward customers more easily. The results were strong: 83% of transactions were attributed to AppCard, loyalty members averaged 2.5 items per transaction versus 1.49 for non-members, and the store saw happier associates, more engaged customers, and increased sales.
