The customer, Spruce, a US-based property services platform, faced significant operational challenges due to a fragmented technology architecture that could no longer support its scale of 685,000 customers. Their legacy system led to manual workarounds, inconsistent pricing, and a lack of mobile tools for service professionals. AppVerticals rebuilt the platform by developing 13 core modules tailored to five distinct user roles, including a dedicated React Native mobile app for service pros and a new real-time capacity management system.
