Paraform, a recruiting marketplace, struggled with manual and chaotic outbound prospecting as it worked to win its first customers. The team was scrolling job boards and reaching out one prospect at a time, with no real structure or scalable process. To fix this, Paraform used Apollo’s GTM platform, including data enrichment and outreach tools, to build a more systematic outbound motion.
With Apollo, Paraform created targeted prospect lists, enriched contacts with accurate data, ran email sequences, and later added Apollo’s Dialer for cold calling without switching tools. The result was a major jump in performance: cold calls grew from about 30 seconds to nearly five-minute conversations, the company won 130 net-new customers in one month, and its outbound engine helped it scale to 900+ roles filled and 55 employees within a year.
