One Health Organization utilizes Aplos to create multiple budgets and convenient reports

One Health Organization, founded by Dr. Anna van Heeckeren in Cleveland, OH, supports pet parents across Northeast Ohio by connecting them to resources, health services, and financial assistance. After launching voucher-based financial aid in 2014 that could be used at participating veterinary clinics, the nonprofit needed a way to track vouchers, manage relationships with veterinary partners, and monitor funds and documentation for eligible families.

Aplos, a nonprofit-focused financial platform with payroll integration and hands-on implementation support, was adopted to address those needs. Weekly implementation sessions helped One Health set up accounting for vouchers and partner payments, while Aplos’ reporting and multi-budget capabilities delivered transparency across operational and fundraising budgets. The result: easy-to-use software, strong reports, dedicated customer support, and successful collaboration with 40 veterinary partners.
