National Bank of Adams County (NBAC), a locally owned community bank founded in 1928, has no branch locations and depends entirely on digital channels to serve customers in Adams County. With rising online and mobile usage driven by pandemic-era growth, NBAC needed a better mobile banking experience that would support its personal, relationship-based approach while streamlining sign-up and improving engagement.
