Cross Keys Bank, a community bank founded in 1902 serving northern Louisiana, wanted to improve the customer experience as banking became increasingly digital and mobile-driven. The bank worked with Apiture and has relied on its Xpress digital banking product for more than 16 years, especially as it looked to support business customers and move toward a more unified mobile-first experience.

Apiture launched a new mobile banking experience for Cross Keys Bank in June 2020, featuring a modern design, faster update capabilities, and additional reporting and control for the bank. The rollout has received strong customer feedback, and Cross Keys says the improved platform and support from Apiture are helping them better serve customers now and position the bank for future growth.
