Kadonation is a fast-growing corporate gifting scale-up in Belgium and the Netherlands that needed a better way to onboard business customers by syncing employee data from HR systems. As their platform expanded, they faced the challenge of supporting many different HRIS tools across regions while keeping employee information up to date for onboarding, offboarding, and gift-related use cases. Apideck provided Kadonation with a unified approach to HR integrations, including two additional local HR connectors to support European customers. Kadonation built its first integration in under a month, brought all HR integrations live within another two months, and later reduced sync frequency to cut costs significantly through Apideck’s usage-based billing. Today, more than 10% of Kadonation’s customer base connects through Apideck-supported platforms such as SDWorx, Officient, AFAS, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors.
