How IT asset management platform Setyl leverages HRIS integrations for better onboarding

Setyl is a cloud-based IT management platform that helps companies track assets, manage software renewals, improve onboarding and offboarding, and stay compliant. As the company rolled out its product, customers were spending too much time manually adding employees from their HRIS systems, and Setyl realized that building one-off integrations with every HR tool would be too time-consuming. Setyl turned to Apideck’s Unify product to solve the problem.

Using Apideck, Setyl quickly added unified HRIS integrations, including Bamboo, HiBob, and CharlieHR, and later used Apideck’s Accounting API to pull software purchase data from NetSuite. As a result, Setyl now offers 37 HRIS integrations and 3 Accounting integrations, with 8 more announced, and says Apideck saved them more than 12 months of development time and hundreds of thousands of pounds in engineering costs. Apideck also helped Setyl maintain compliance with its no-data-storage approach.
