TUI Nordic, a subsidiary of TUI Group that serves over 1.5 million customers a year across four domains and depends on the web for roughly 80% of its sales, faced rising user expectations and a legacy monitoring tool that could no longer ensure consistently excellent digital experiences—putting conversions and revenue at risk.
TUI replaced that tool with Apica Synthetic and a PagerDuty connector, running 100 continuous checks and using Selenium IDE to script complex user journeys without code. The change delivered intuitive, data-driven dashboards, automated PagerDuty alerts, faster acknowledgement and resolution of incidents, reduced scripting time from days to hours, and lower costs while improving end-user performance.
