STAYERY, a Berlin-based boutique apartment brand serving young professionals, needed a core technology platform that could automate guest-facing operations, reduce wait times, and connect smoothly with the other systems it wanted to use. After evaluating the market, the company chose apaleo, the world’s most open property management system (PMS), to support its digital guest journey and expansion plans.

With apaleo at the core of its stack, STAYERY connected tools for CRM and guest communication, booking, channel management, and its own self-developed check-in terminal, while also automating check-in and check-out. apaleo enabled the setup to go live in just days, with the first property largely configured independently and future rollouts expected to be self-managed as well, all without the high setup and integration fees that STAYERY said would otherwise add cost.
