Dialoog Hotels, a lifestyle hotel group in Indonesia, wanted to build a lean, scalable operating model that could support efficient growth and help the business stay resilient during crisis. To do that, the team looked for simple, affordable, easy-to-train technology and partnered with Apaleo, using its hotel technology platform as part of their broader stack.

Apaleo helped Dialoog Hotels streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve management control and insight across the business. The result was a much leaner model with stronger profitability: in the predecessor Jakarta operation, GOP rose from 26% to 42% over three years, rate increased 40%, occupancy fell 20%, and EBITDA nearly doubled. Dialoog says this efficiency also left it better positioned to break even at lower occupancy during COVID-19.
