Sykes Holiday Cottages, a leading UK and Ireland holiday rental agency, faced the challenge of making property management easier for its cottage owners, who were frustrated by fragmented processes and time-consuming admin. To strengthen owner relationships and improve retention, Sykes partnered with vendor Apadmi to create a dedicated owner app.

Apadmi built the Sykes Owner app, which consolidated all essential property management tools into a single, intuitive platform. The solution included features for tracking bookings, income, and a Property Optimiser to help owners unlock more revenue. The app was an immediate success, with over 11,000 owners using it at launch and the optimiser feature driving an average revenue uplift of over 15%. The project was recognized as Project of the Year at the Travolution Awards.
