Creating a personalised, premium travel booking experience for on-the-go clients

Travel Counsellors, a premium luxury travel agency, wanted to give clients a more personal and convenient booking experience while preserving their high-touch service. They partnered with Apadmi to create the my TC app, a mobile solution that would let customers manage bookings, view itineraries, and contact their personal Travel Counsellor on the go.

Apadmi designed and built the my TC app with intuitive UX, premium imagery, offline access to travel documents and itineraries, trip notes, one-tap contact with a Travel Counsellor, and social sharing features. The app extended Travel Counsellors’ customer journey and supported ongoing improvements through support and maintenance, while the business reported 25 countries using the app and cited mobile investment as part of its broader 22% revenue growth in 2017.
