AOPEN Solutions partnered with Code Dynamics, maker of Respond52 — an app that gives emergency services real‑time incident information, crew availability and station attendance. Code Dynamics required rugged, 24/7‑reliable devices and a remote device‑management platform to ensure resilient communications in demanding field conditions.

AOPEN commercial hardware paired with the meldCX management platform delivered an end‑to‑end solution. After a three‑month pilot, the system was rolled out to 16 South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service stations (covering 33 incidents during the pilot), made compulsory for firefighters, and saved Code Dynamics an estimated 3–6 months of development and testing, while providing a direct line to Google for improved ongoing support.
