Commerz Real launches ComLease in 9 months with AOE GmbH

Commerz Real, a wholly owned subsidiary of Commerzbank, faced the challenge of digitalizing a complex, manual process for calculating and processing leasing contracts for movable assets like vehicles and machinery. They engaged vendor AOE to develop an automated solution that would enable faster, more efficient offer creation at the bank's point of sale and support their agile transformation.

AOE developed and implemented the ComLease application, which automates data validation and calculation to produce contract-ready leasing offers in minutes. This solution significantly increased process efficiency, allowed for individualized customer offers, and helped open up new business segments for Commerz Real.
