A AODocs Case Study
Project Bionic, a 40‑person cloud-based social media agency, needed a secure way to centralize and manage its Google Drive content so teams could collaborate without losing control, security, or structure. To preserve Drive while adding governance, Project Bionic engaged AODocs and implemented AODocs Team Folders and the AODocs Universal File Opener (UFO).
AODocs created an organized folder structure, centralized corporate ownership of files, automated sharing and retention, and enabled editing of many file types in Drive. The vendor migrated 60,000 documents, allowed Project Bionic to fully retire its on‑premises file server, and significantly reduced email and time spent searching for files — improvements that position the agency to scale nationally.
