The City and County of Broomfield, Colorado, was struggling with aging, on‑premises document systems that made storing, searching, and tracking records difficult and relied on slow, paper‑based approval processes. After migrating 35 TB to G Suite, they selected AODocs — the document management and business process platform fully integrated with G Suite — to address the need for secure storage, searchable files, and an auditable way to manage document workflows.
AODocs delivered automated, auditable workflows and cloud DMS libraries (41 libraries, 736,242 files) that transformed processes like council memos, construction contracts, and budget requests.
