Case Study: LegalVision achieves centralized document control and a 60,000-file migration with AODocs

A AODocs Case Study

Preview of the LegalVision Case Study

Legal Vision - Customer Case Study

LegalVision, a fast-growing Australian legal services firm that has helped more than 15,000 businesses, was outgrowing its file-syncing setup and needed a scalable cloud solution to manage permissions, versioning and editing of Microsoft Office files without building an expensive server. Already using G Suite, LegalVision sought a complement to Drive and chose AODocs—a modern content services platform—to centralize 60,000 files and provide custom permission controls and better document governance.

AODocs worked with LegalVision to migrate 60,000 files from SugarSync into AODocs libraries on Google Drive, implemented a folder structure and custom permission system, and enabled direct cloud editing of Word documents. The result was faster onboarding (junior staff became internal advocates), reduced admin time spent resolving file issues, and improved lawyer productivity—most lawyers now edit 10–15 Word documents per day from anywhere—demonstrating clear operational and security improvements driven by AODocs.
