International Non-Profit Leverages the AODocs Content Services Platform to Drive Digital Transformation

International Non-Profit Organization, a global nonprofit supporting reproductive and maternal health in 150+ countries with about 6,000 employees and 70+ offices, needed to move away from a paper-based, manual approach to document and records management and to standardize its IT stack on Google. The organization selected AODocs and its Content Services Platform to support a comprehensive digital transformation and enable secure, remote collaboration across its distributed workforce.

AODocs was configured as a low-code CSP by the nonprofit to build libraries and workflows for finance, operations, HR and contractor management; the platform is now deployed across 70+ countries with roughly 80% of employees actively using it. The AODocs deployment streamlined onboarding, contract/SOW/invoice processing, certification requests and remote work support during COVID-19, reduced administrative costs and freed resources for program work, and the organization is exploring further AODocs capabilities (auto-recognition/classification and AP automation) to drive additional efficiencies.
