Case Study: Ceva Animal Health achieves nearly 100% productivity improvement and paperless product registration with AODocs

Ceva's digital transformation included launching AODocs to track all the steps of their registration processes

Ceva Animal Health, one of the world’s largest veterinary health companies with 5,000+ employees and offices in 42 countries, faced a complex, paper-heavy product registration process that could take up to three years and involved many document types and handoffs. To digitize tracking and reduce costly manual work, Ceva selected AODocs (integrated with Google Drive) to centralize documents and modernize its registration workflows.

AODocs provided document management, rich metadata capture and version control so Ceva can scan, tag and track every registration document and retain full history; today Ceva stores 2,495,232 files across 27 DMS libraries. By using AODocs, Ceva nearly doubled team productivity (reported as nearly 100% improvement) and significantly reduced the risk of costly human errors, enabling faster, more auditable regulatory approvals.
