Bonduelle Group, a family-owned vegetable producer active in 100 countries, needed a company-wide document management solution after moving to G Suite in 2013. Their IT team faced fragmented legacy content in Lotus Notes and Plone and required a platform that provided Google-account access while preserving the ability to edit Microsoft Office documents. They selected AODocs’ content services platform to meet these requirements.

AODocs implemented a G Suite–integrated DMS, piloting with the agricultural department and enabling users to edit documents in Google or Microsoft Office while migrating Plone and Lotus Notes databases. The deployment centralized business processes, enabled new workflows and real-time access from office to field, and simplified change management—today Bonduelle manages 736,242 files in AODocs and supports 6,264 employees with the platform.
