Bio SB Automates Document Control and Workflows with AODocs for Life Sciences

Bio SB, a developer and manufacturer of laboratory and diagnostic products that must meet FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485 and other regulations, faced inefficient, paper- and file-server–based document control and manual workflows. To automate compliant records management and better integrate with its move to the Google ecosystem, Bio SB selected AODocs and its AODocs for Life Sciences platform.

AODocs implemented a validated QMS for Bio SB, building libraries and low-code workflows for SOPs, CAPAs, training, contracts and more, adding electronic signatures (via DocuSign), Google Workspace integration and translation workflows for international partners. The AODocs solution automated document lifecycles, enforced strict controls, improved collaboration, and—thanks to continuous validation—reduced validation burden, saving Bio SB hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars per year in validation and translation costs.
