Motional, a driverless-technology joint venture, faced fragmented quality documentation and content chaos after merging teams and systems. After moving to Google Workspace and finding SharePoint too rigid, Motional evaluated several content platforms and selected AODocs as a Google-native content services solution to augment — not replace — existing systems.

AODocs, deployed with implementation partner Wursta, provided a low-code platform for custom libraries and workflows, enabling 1,000+ Motional employees to manage work instructions, SolidWorks files, supplier documents and other quality records. The AODocs deployment improved audit readiness (streamlining report creation and content sharing), enforced layered security and document controls to support compliance with OSHA, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, and supported Motional’s migration away from the MSFT stack.
