FPI Management, a leading property management firm that oversees over 103,000 units and employs more than 3,000 people, needed to automate and secure its lease-application process for affordable housing (tax credit, HUD, Section 8) to ensure 100% accurate paperwork and pass federally mandated audits. They selected AODocs’ content services platform—fully integrated with G Suite—because it fit their Google environment, required no full-time programmers, and promised stronger security and documentation.
AODocs implemented automated workflows and a library structure within FPI’s G Suite environment, giving auditors and compliance teams transparent tracking of time and location for each record and reducing support tickets. The solution processed 4,000 lease applications in the first month and now supports roughly 50,000 applications per year, enabled rapid cloning of libraries for different tax-credit programs, and provided ongoing support from the AODocs team.
