Euralis, a global agricultural cooperative founded in 1936 with 5,000 employees and 12,000 farmers, needed to modernize its document management. After evaluating IBM Lotus Quickplace and Microsoft SharePoint, Euralis chose G Suite and AODocs to migrate off a legacy system, achieve ISO 9001 compliance, and enable custom workflows without relying on IT.
AODocs provided migration tools, prebuilt document libraries (HR, quality control, processes) and a powerful workflow engine with SAP integration to digitize invoicing and purchasing into a simplified, paperless system. The Google Drive + AODocs solution was easy to adopt and customizable by users, improved quality compliance, enabled mobile approvals, and now manages 43,161 files across 36 DMS libraries — delivering measurable efficiency and reduced environmental impact.
