Case Study: Veolia Water Technologies achieves faster project delivery and stronger document control with AODocs

A AODocs Case Study

Preview of the Veolia Water Technologies Case Study

How Veolia Water Technologies boosted profitability with advanced document management

Veolia Water Technologies, a global specialist in water treatment, faced inefficient, manual document handling across engineering and construction projects, with poor version control, limited traceability and inconsistent standards that risked errors, disputes and delays. To address these challenges, Veolia deployed AODocs, a cloud-native document management system and mobile-enabled platform, to centralize project documents and workflows.

AODocs implemented document control, role-based access, traceable approval workflows and a user-friendly interface that requires minimal training, with mobile access for on-site teams. As a result, new projects start faster, quality and delivery control improved through automatic validations, and collaboration with contractors increased—setting up the AODocs DMS for a new project now takes just a few hours.
