Robeco, a global asset manager founded in Rotterdam, needed a partner that combined local presence with global reach to deliver a state‑of‑the‑art, always up‑to‑date workplace supporting “anytime, anywhere” work. Robeco selected AnywhereNow to provide a hardware‑independent digital workplace built on Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Skype for Business, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Anywhere365 Contact Center) together with onsite support and a local Service Desk.

AnywhereNow implemented a global, standards‑based digital workplace with an on‑site Service Counter and integrated 24/7 Service Desk (shared out of Maarssen) and eight onsite engineers covering 7am–7pm. The solution improved mobility and collaboration, spurred new innovation projects, and raised productivity; Robeco expects end‑user satisfaction to increase from 6.7/10 to about 8/10 as the global roll‑out completes.
