Satellite Industries, Inc., a global manufacturer of portable restrooms, hand wash stations, deodorizers, and other sanitary products, needed a better way to manage accounts receivable across multiple locations. Using spreadsheets, highlighters, and Outlook to track collection tasks made it difficult to keep up with follow-ups, invoice reminders, and customer communications. Anytime Collect was brought in to replace these manual processes with a more efficient collections workflow.

With Anytime Collect, Satellite Industries automated email reminders, collection letters, welcome letters, and online bill pay follow-ups, while also improving collection prioritization and reducing manual credit card entry. The results were significant: more than 8,133 automated emails sent, over 600 hours saved on email tasks, 22 additional hours saved through online payments, over $1 million in online transactions, and a reduction in accounts receivable of more than $1.5 million.
