OCESA, a live events and festival organizer, needed a better way to collect attendee data and prove value to sponsors even when connectivity was unreliable. With AnyRoad, OCESA registered 7,802 festival attendees and collected 1,111 post-event feedback responses, 80% of which were promoters in NPS results.
