Conversate Collective, an experiential events agency, worked with AnyRoad to help an award-winning CPG beauty brand better understand its consumers and build purchasing behavior profiles. The challenge was to capture richer audience data during a series of large-scale field marketing events while also learning more about where customers live, shop, and how they use the brand’s products.

Using AnyRoad’s flexible data capture tools, including contactless QR codes, mobile registration, and analytics, Conversate Collective collected demographic and purchase behavior insights across the event series. AnyRoad helped reveal that over 50% of surveyed attendees bought the brand at Walgreens or Target, 74% were more likely to purchase after the event, and 100% of profiles were improved with vital demographic data, giving the brand clearer targeting and growth opportunities.
