Elation Properties Increases Occupancy Rates, Turbo Charges Lead-Management Efforts with Anyone Home

Elation Properties, a St. Paul, Minnesota-based operator of apartment communities in Minnesota and South Dakota, was struggling to keep up with prospect calls and follow-up because of limited onsite staffing. The growing team was overwhelmed by ringing phones and delayed responses, which hurt lead engagement and contributed to lower-than-expected occupancy. Anyone Home implemented a combined lead-management solution that answered prospect calls, enabled online self-scheduling for tours, and automated follow-up and lead tracking through the CRM. The results were strong: over a 12-month period, Anyone Home’s Contact Center answered 67% of prospect leasing calls, and more than 90% of tours were booked through Anyone Home solutions.
