Anyone Home provided TGM with a CRM and lead/contact management platform that improved reporting, lead attribution, lead lifecycle tracking, traffic monitoring, and call center support. The partnership helped TGM move toward a more centralized leasing model, while improving operational efficiency and real-time performance tracking; in 2021, Anyone Home helped TGM manage leads at over 99% and complete more than half a million tasks with an 80%+ completion rate, while its contact center handled over 4,000 guest cards.
