anyLogistix, in collaboration with Phoenix Analytics, built a digital twin and an automated SQL-based data integration pipeline from Google Cloud. This solution drastically reduced scenario creation time from days to minutes, eliminated manual errors and Excel dependency, and enabled consistent, scalable network design. The project supported strategic investment planning and provided a foundation for faster, data-driven decision-making across all regions.
