Fate, a leading Argentinian tire manufacturer and exporter, needed a flexible way to evaluate how changes in its plant transformation processes would affect productivity across material, tire-building, and curing operations. The company turned to AnyLogic simulation software, working with Eurystic to model its large, complex production system and assess scenarios for workforce allocation, machine assignment, bottlenecks, and overall plant performance.

AnyLogic was used to build a digital model combining agent-based and discrete-event simulation, with dashboards and ERP data integration to keep the system updated and usable for ongoing analysis. The solution let Fate test multiple scenarios, compare results, and identify high-impact, low-cost improvements, helping them predict production completion, visualize bottlenecks, estimate capacity, and optimize internal logistics.
