AnyLogic helped DHL Supply Chain build and validate the IDEA tool, a plug-in for its warehouse management system that reduced cart travel and bottlenecks. The solution delivered a 14% productivity increase, 35% less cart congestion, a 12% drop in cart completion time, and showed that picker count could be reduced by 12.5%.
