Using AnyLogic, Vendasta built a system dynamics model to test rollout scenarios and evaluate partner adoption, automation volume, and team workload. The results closely matched forecasts, with simulated outputs within about 3% of initial predictions; for example, projected automations were 350 versus 361 in simulation, and projected automation users were 400 versus 319. AnyLogic helped Vendasta prepare support teams and documentation before launch, while also identifying internal efficiency and employee productivity benefits.
