To achieve this, Edison partnered with Anyline and integrated the Anyline Meter Reading SDK/mobile data capture into its new My Edison app.
Anyline’s solution enables customers to register, receive in‑app prompts, and scan meter readings in just a few seconds, directly linking the mobile device to their account. By using Anyline, Edison eliminated manual typing and reading errors, reduced the need to log into portals or call service agents, and delivered faster, more reliable meter-data transmission that improves efficiency for both Edison and its customers.
