How Cashpresso Improved Customer Experience with Mobile IBAN Scanning

cashpresso, a brand of Viennese FinTech startup Credi2, provides fast, flexible microloans via web and mobile apps but faced friction when customers had to manually enter long (up to 34-digit) IBANs for transfers. To streamline this step, cashpresso adopted Anyline’s mobile scanning solution — specifically the Anyline mobile scanning SDK — to capture IBANs accurately on Android and iOS.

Anyline’s SDK was integrated into the cashpresso app so customers can scan IBANs from cards instead of typing them, eliminating manual entry of lengthy account numbers (example captured: AT391200000696216001). The Anyline integration sped up transfers, reduced input errors, and improved the overall customer experience on cashpresso’s platform.
