Grupo Energisa Implements Anyline’s Tire Tread Depth Solution

Grupo Energisa, one of Brazil’s largest power distributors serving about 8.4 million consumers across 11 states, faced a costly fleet tire management problem. Tire inspections were irregular and mostly visual, with no formal process to track tire lifecycle, leading to underused tires and annual tire spend of more than $2 million. To improve control, Grupo Energisa turned to Anyline and its Tire Tread Depth solution.

Anyline implemented a mobile tire tread depth scanning solution to support monthly fleet inspections, starting with pickup trucks and expanding testing across seven regions in Brazil. The rollout gave Energisa more accurate, real-time tire wear data, helping the company build better tire management processes, increase inspection frequency, extend tire life, and uncover potential savings and efficiency gains.
