Sun Chemical, a member of the DIC Group, needed a secure remote desktop solution to support its decentralized global IT team across 60+ countries. After its previous supplier removed the built-in remote desktop tool, the company looked for a smaller, leaner alternative that would work reliably for technicians on-site and in the field. AnyDesk provided Sun Chemical with AnyDesk Enterprise in an on-premises setup, running entirely on the company’s in-house servers for maximum data security and control. The solution was simple enough to use without training, performed well even at low bandwidths, and gave Sun Chemical a lean remote maintenance tool it has relied on since 2016, supporting 80 IT employees worldwide.
