In-House Network to Meet the Highest Security Requirements

DHBW Karlsruhe, the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University campus in Karlsruhe, needed a simple and trustworthy remote access solution when its IT team had to support employees working from home and 700 lecturers teaching remotely. The university’s seven-person IT department also needed to manage devices across multiple locations while keeping data protection front and center, so it required an on-premises remote maintenance tool that would run within its own network. AnyDesk was selected for this use case.

AnyDesk implemented an on-premises solution with a custom client tailored to DHBW Karlsruhe’s branding and data protection requirements.
