Global Insurer and Financial Services Provider, a global insurer with over 8,000 employees and more than $530M in revenue, faced a high-volume, manual Long-Term Care process for bank authorisation change documents that included handwritten fields, signatures and other unstructured data. They engaged AntWorks to address the handwriting digitisation and signature validation challenge using AntWorks’ Cognitive Machine Reading (CMR).
