SWARCO green lights Antura`s PPM tool

The customer, Swarco, an Austrian group providing traffic and transport solutions, needed a flexible and user-friendly project, portfolio, and resource management (PPM) system. Their challenge was to gain a clearer overview of ongoing projects and establish a better foundation for decision-making and priorities. They selected the PPM solution, Antura Projects, from the vendor Antura.

Antura implemented its solution through a series of effective workshops, successfully tailoring it to Swarco's needs. The results were positive, with Swarco highlighting the cost/benefit and document management functions as particularly valuable. The successful collaboration led Swarco to expand the use of Antura Projects across its Nordic organization and initiate plans for a group-wide rollout, citing a long-term view of both the vendor and the system.
