Granitor Systems gets the right support and control over their projects with Antura Projects

Granitor Systems, a provider of digital solutions for industrial facilities, needed to move their project processes from an old system and work more efficiently across different project types and industry requirements. To address this challenge, they implemented the project and portfolio management tool Antura Projects from the vendor Antura.

The solution from Antura provided customized project processes, efficient document management, and KPI tracking. As a result, Granitor Systems found it much easier for project teams to follow methods, collaborate with stakeholders, and generate reports. With about 300 users, they are experiencing clear efficiency effects and are gradually growing with the Antura tool to gain an even better portfolio overview.
