Gothenburg University selects Antura Projects to support change management process focused on portfolio management

The University of Gothenburg, a large and popular university in Sweden, needed to improve its portfolio management and gain better oversight of its numerous projects and administrative work. Coupled with a need for greater uniformity, this challenge required a robust IT support system to handle project and portfolio management, capacity planning, and time reporting. The university selected the Antura Projects PPM Tool from vendor Antura after a thorough evaluation.

The solution, Antura Projects, was implemented gradually to provide the university with a powerful planning and follow-up tool. The system delivered a better ability to steer the project portfolio through performance reports, risk management, and portfolio aggregation. As a result, the university now has IT support in place for its new management model, with all university-wide IT projects managed within Antura's system, allowing for more efficient use of its limited resources.
