Akademikernes A-kasse, Denmark's largest unemployment fund, faced the challenge of implementing a new project strategy without any prior project model or tool in place. They needed to establish project governance and a new project culture to ensure their strategic initiatives created value. To support this, they hired a portfolio manager and, after evaluating several suppliers, chose the vendor Antura and their product Antura Projects for its user-friendliness and comprehensive features.

Antura implemented its project management tool, providing configuration and employee training to quickly get the organization started. The solution was later integrated with the customer's financial system, Navision, for real-time data access. As a result, Antura Projects now provides easy access to project models and enables management to get an overall view of all ongoing projects based on progress, consumption, and risk analysis, supporting effective portfolio management.
